The Pound is at a record low against the Dollar.

The pound has hit record lows against the US dollar. According to the BBC, one US dollar is equal to zero and 95 pounds. Which is the lowest since 1971.

There is a risk that the pound will fall further against the US dollar.
On the first day of this month, the value of one US dollar was 0.87 pounds. Yesterday, Sunday, the value of one US dollar was 0.93 pounds.

The pound fell to a record value in the span of a day. The value of the Bangladeshi taka against the dollar has also continued to depreciate. The value of Bangladeshi currency has increased to 105 taka per dollar. Yesterday this value was 103.75 taka against one dollar.

The BBC reports that there is a risk of energy shortages this winter amid Russian attacks on Ukraine. Investors remain concerned about trade. In this situation, the value of the euro against the dollar has also fallen to a 20-year low.

Today one dollar is 81.49 rupees. Yesterday, Sunday, one US dollar was worth 81.26 rupees in Indian currency.
