Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he does not take Putin's threat to use nuclear weapons as a joke at all.
In a televised address last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin threatened that Moscow would use all means possible to protect Russia. In this, Putin wants to understand that, if necessary, nuclear weapons will be used in Ukraine.
In this regard, Zelensky said, 'You see, it was a joke yesterday too. But now it's a reality.'
At the same time, Zelensky said that the Russian attack around the nuclear power plant was seen as a kind of use of nuclear weapons. According to him it is a kind of nuclear blackmail.
