Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in a speech to parliament, called on Russian lawmakers to come forward to protect the Russian language, culture and borders.
Lavrov said, "We do not have this system against any imaginary threat. We have taken this decision to ensure the security of our borders, motherland and people.
Meanwhile, the Russian Foreign Minister also claimed that the United States has made all Western countries stand against Moscow.
